There are daily practices that allow me to find inner calm, stay tuned in, and find deeper focus.  By being focused, clear, and tuned in, I receive visionary experiences, spirit messages, and spiritual guidance for myself and others.

Essential spirituality is a course of study that allows you to learn and practice these essential spiritual activities for yourself.  Essential Spirituality becomes a lifestyle – a spiritual way of living that enhances every aspect of life – our relationships, our work performance, our personal sense of well being, our health, and our sense of fulfillment.   If you are an Empath, these studies are vital!

There are 12 lessons in the Essential Spirituality series.  Each lesson builds on the previous lesson.  In these lessons, you will learn to get clear – really clear and be able to stay that way even in stressful situations; reclaim lost aspects of yourself – lost through trauma or time; reawaken your childlike wonder in a powerful and poignant way; learn to utilize that childlike attention to bring you into a heightened state of awareness; upgrade your own DNA; set up and activate automatic healing structures; learn to practice an intense mindfulness that will bring you to a new level of awareness; journey into heavenly fields for amazing spiritual connectedness.  The last few processes are even more advanced in nature and allow you to access healing portals rarely experienced; come into contact with others through your awareness; jump through time; and be “At One” with all things.  

These workshops are intense and amazing.  Take Essential Spirituality at your own pace.  Receive lessons as you are ready for them.  Each lesson becomes your own private, personal workshop.  I will guide you through each process so that you have the opportunity to advance your own psychic abilities and deepen your own spiritual clarity.  Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you will benefit greatly by acquiring new skills through these proven techniques.
