Prayer

The Divine Fellowship Prayer created as a group effort during services:

One Sunday, Dottie and Bob asked each person present at Services to come up with a word their experience of the Divine Fellowship. From those words we created a prayer.

Here are the words:

strength, cleanse, acceptance, unconditional love, shine, heartspeak, wisdom, humility, soul, strength, enfoldment, gratitude, insight, compassion, understanding, laughter, grace, shalom, amor, release, connection, blessings, love, journey, wonder, safe, unity, truth, blosson, home, enlightenment, gracious, respectfulness, truth, home, sanctuary, greatness, abundance, path, acceptance, others, knowledge, bodacious, without end, change, light, bright, compassion, energy, spiritual growth, patience, joyful, gratitude, allow.

Here's the Prayer:

Loving Spirit of Light, we are grateful for this Divine Church Home where we feel safe, connected, loved and joyful. We ask that Angels of Light shine grace on our journey and bring us bodacious laughter and the truth of our Wondrous Destiny. As Beacons of Light, may we shine our abundant blessings and unconditional love, creating unity with all.

Christopher's Notes:

How to fulfill your spiritual path:
1. Maintain a balance between Heaven and Earth
2. Be in the moment - if you are not operating the the present, you cannot perceive what is being shown to you in each moment, to help you achieve whatis required for your growth.
3. Stop judging or criticizing yourself and other people and situations.
4. Know absolutely that you create your own reality and your own world.
5. Follow your excitement without hesitation - does it make your heart sing or sink?
6. Be responsible for everyt hought and action. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
7. Maintain control of al the lower bodies - this means to purify the physical, emoetional, mental, and lower spiritual (ego) bodies.
8. Allow the ego to blend with spirit
9. Love unconditionally - all things are "God" in form
10. Have faith and Trust.
Poem:
One ship drives east and another drives west
with the self same winds that blow
'Tis the set of the sails
and not the gales,
That tells us the way to go.

Like the winds of the sea are the ways of fate;
As we voyage along through life,
'Tis the set of a soul
That decides its goal,
And not the calm or the strife.
