Your own body has keys to healing itself. A healing session is intended to assist your body in 'keying in' to its own healing. In your healing session, the healing practitioner holds a sacred space that assists your body into awakening to a state of remewed health. Old energetic patterns and traumas can be released through the energy work the healing practitioner performs. Blocks, pain, and discomfort also can be relieved.
Healing takes place on the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual levels. It will be improtant to maintain a healthy state ofmind, a postiive emotional state, and a deeper spiritual connection as well as taking care of the physical form in order to receive the full benefits of your healing session. Rather than a subsititute for any medical treatment, honor the medical field and the benefits it offers to the healing process.
As a healing practitioner, I use many healing modalities. Many of these healing options are as a direct result of visions. Many are a direct result of answers coming out of deep meditative/prayer sessions.

* For May's Healing Sunday service at the Divine Fellowship, we did healing, repairing, adjusting the crystaline forms within the feet that keep us on course and magnetizes our destiny. There are three crystaline forms that align us to our destiny. If we are looking to the past and what we shoulda-coulda-woulda done, that throws the heel crystals off. If we are seeking other's approval, or attempting to do what we feel is expected of us, that throws the arch crystals off. If we are unyielding and unable to change, that thows the ball crystals off. Once we have realigned ourselves, we can move forward fearlessly knowing we are on the right path and our destiny unfolds. *I was contacted to assist someone who was in a pretty bad place the other day. This was a phone session. She was emotionally hurting as well as physically hurting and I "saw" large holes in her energy field. As I began to "work" on her energy field, I used a healing technique that I've never used before and it was quite effective. I'm not sure I've processed it sufficiently to be able to share with you exactly what I was able to do. Basically, it was 'remote energetic surgery.' I've removed blocks from people both hands on and remotely, but this was different. I'm not exactly sure how it was different. I know the vision was clearer. I was able to see everything as if she were right in the room with me. Rather than mentally removing obstructions and moving energy, I used my hands in the near-physical form in front of me. She was in a place of great willingness, so her desire to be well may have had a great deal to do with our progress. We also were able to call back the "I AM" part of her being into present time. Retrieving fragments from the past, fragments from family, and fragments from the future. She was stronger and more emotionally sound at the end of our session.

*1/06 Today, I had the opportunity to offer four color band healings (see description under Color Band Healing below) and wanted to share the experiences with you.
The first session was unique, and a first. As I scanned the oval that contains the color bands, while sitting across the table from the person and they could feel a sensation in their body. As I continued the session, I was able to identify the ailing color band and clear it. As I cleared the color band, its color brightened and became recharged. The person receiving the session could feel a clearing/lifting in their body. They felt instantly revitalized and the discomfort they had experienced prior to our session dissolved.
A couple of hours later, I had the priviledge of offering a color band healing to another client. Again, the client could feel the color band as it was activated. We were able to clear and revitalize several color bands. During this process, the client was able to feel an instant relief and a mental, emotional, and physical clearing. As that session concluded, the client was very relaxed and comfortable.
Visiting a friend in the hospital, we cleared five color bands. Again, with each clearing, she felt a relaxing and refreshing feeling come over her. Again, I was sitting across the room and she could feel each color band as it was activated and cleared.
Her husband was there with her and we cleared several of his color bands as well. At one point, I saw a white metal and thought it was platinum. He felt it was white gold. As I applied the energy of white gold to that particular color band, he felt a tingling in his foot where he'd had surgery. Again, I was sitting across the room and he could feel something taking place.
How cool is that!?!
Often a word will come through along with the corrected color. The word supports and stimulates the color band and activates the healing processes further. One of the people I worked on today had a color band that looked like dirt. Its true color was a warm mahogany. When I saw the dirt, I felt the word "trudge" - when I saw the warm mahogany, I heard the word "free." As the person is able to consider and remember the word that relates to the healed color band, they lock in their healing and intensify the results.
Being able to assist someone when they are in discomfort is truly a blessing. I am elated as I am able to participate in another person's healing.

Symbolic Energetic Healing
Once such tool began many years ago. A friend came to me with terrible pain in her feet. Barely able to walk, she hobbled in to my office. As I began to "send" energy into her feet, she began to tell me about the pain in her feet, when it started, and other medical information. She then said it felt like there was gravel imbedded into the soles of her feet. Instantly, I "saw" the gravel. It looked like tiny energetic pebbles just under the surface of her skin. As I began to pull these pebbles from her feet, she began to feel relief. After sending more energy into her feet for a few more minutes, she got up and walked pain free around the room.
Since that time, I've been able to "see" energetic blocks in a symbolic way. A headache can look like a vice around the head or a heavy crown or helmet. A backache can look like a sword or spear or arrow or knife in the back, for example. (These energetic constructs can be current issues or past life issues.) Upon seeing these energetic objects, I can then share this information with the one receiving the healing. As I prepare to pull the object from their body, they prepare to release it. Often the symbolic object relates to an experience that left a deep impression on them. As they release their breath and the object, I pull it from them. Relief is immediate and lasting.
Aura Structure Adjustment
I also "see" objects in the aura (the energy field that surrounds the body). Sometimes these objects require removal. Sometimes they require adjustment - like a slight turn or a pushing in and turning. The results are immediate. People feel clearer, lighter, and more "whole" or complete. They experience the return of something they didn't know was missing.
The Crystaline Body
After a deeply intense meditative/prayer session, I came to understand that there are crystlaline forms within the heartspace - the heart chakra. These five crystaline forms are like circuit breakers. When we have deep dispair or a sudden shock, the crystals can burn out. I was also shown how to replace and reactivate these structures. These crystaline forms relate to Joy, Love, Faith, Destiny, and Hope. With them running effectively, we can attain our highest and best good, living life of joy and well being.
Recently, I was shown energetic crystaline structures in the solar plexus chakra. These govern how we relate to others and how we relate to ourself. They bring us bliss and the vitality of life while they relate to the liver, the pancrease, the stomach, and the gall bladder. I have a sense of other crystaline forms in the lower abdomen, and the head as well as in the boundary of our aura. As yet, I've not received the information as to their placement or their purposes. Quantum Touch®
Recently I had the wonderful opportunity to take a Quantum Touch® workshop. It's pretty tough to amaze me and I went to the class with quite a bit of skepticism. Boy, was I delighted to experience this healing modality. I was pleasantly surprised to find something that works in tandem with other healing tools and ramps up the healing process by leaps and bounds. By drawing Universal Life Force in and combining it with Divine Love, Joy, and Compassion by the structured use of breathing techniques, bones move, pain evaporates, moods balance, and the body entrains itself to a higher vibrational state of wellness. I concluded my 60 hours of practice and have applied for certification in this healing modality. Color Bands
Ever since I was a small child I could see an oval hovering near every person. Within this oval were bands of color. By pointing at the oval, the bands of colors scroll up or down so that I can see a vast array of color bands. It appears that each color band relates to characteristic we possess. My husband Phil has a fascination for cars. His color band is a platinum-white for that characteristic. I hold no such fascination, so I don't have a color band for that. Some color bands are unique to us and others we all hold in common.
It is the combination of color bands that make up who and what we are. They relate to our personality, our preferences, our tendencies, and our physical aspects. If a person has a color band that is washed out or pale, that indicates a problem. A color band's appropriate state is vivid and bright. I can "see" what color is appropriate and enhance the color band within the person's oval so that they can run at a hightened level of experience.
For example: Each person has a color band for optimism. If a person has experienced something that causes them to no longer be optimistic, their color band may be muddy or washed out. By touching the color band, I can activate the optimism and bring the color back online. It would be important for the person to feed that color by being around optimistic people and they could activate that optimism further by wearing the color that related to the color band. I have a sense that these color bands may relate to our DNA. Very interesting, don't you think?
